What is it like to celebrate Easter Sunday on a cruise.
For a start, we had an Easter sunrise Ecumenical service at 6:00 am. At 11:00 a.m. our Executive Chef Daniel Hrgic and the Amsterdam Kitchen Brigade had an Easter Grand Show Buffet. Together, they had a spectacular world of culinary delights at La Fontaine dining room. It was a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
For one we all hour marveled at the artistry of our chefs as their gastronomical goodies took center stage. From 11:00 to 12:00 noon, it was open for viewing and taking pictures. The Easter Grand show was opened for our dining pleasure shortly afterwards. It was truly a once in a lifetime culinary experience.

Bon appetit!
P.S. Each day, no less than 5,000 meals are prepared with culinary excellence and dedication. Aside from the 113 day-menu cycle including the Smart casual and Formal night menus, Chef Daniel and his team have featured in excess of 45 culinary themes during this Grand World Voyage. All of these themes have been supplemented by the stylish and elegant decorations as well as the legendary personalized service provided by the Indonesian dining and Filipino beverage staff.
